Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in Cary, NC. You’ll step in when the GM or AM isn’t on site, guiding teammates through busy shifts while keeping the guest experience exceptional and the atmosphere positive.

You’ll also support training, coaching, and daily operations, including inventory and cash handling, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting restaurant environment. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts when GM/AM aren’t on site.
• Maintain guest experience with positive vibes and high service standards.
• Support training and coaching of crew every day.
