Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in North Carolina is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You’ll guide the crew through busy shifts, help train teammates, and ensure orders are accurate while keeping the dining area energized.

As a natural leader, you’ll communicate clearly, adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and contribute to a people-first culture where flavor and service shine.
