QDOBA Mexican Eats in Columbia, SC is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead a dynamic team during high-energy shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage operations, and jump in across stations to keep the workflow smooth and the environment inviting.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts when the GM/AM isn’t on duty
• Maintain high guest experience and positive atmosphere
• Assist in training and coaching team members
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations
• Jump in at any station as needed (register, grill, line, prep)
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly
