Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is looking for a Shift Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and flavor to every shift. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, ensure top guest experiences, and model great food and vibes in a people-first culture within Thrive Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and composure under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and vibes on shift.
• Assist with training and coaching for your crew.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and operations.
• Be ready to jump in at register, grill, line, or prep as needed.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
