Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Apex, NC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You’ll step in when the GM or AM isn’t on duty, energize the crew, and ensure top-notch service and food quality.

This role offers competitive pay with tips, opportunities to train others, and a path for growth within the Thrive Restaurant Group across 200+ locations. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Flexible with hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead team during shifts and step in for GM/AM.
• Maintain guest experience at a high level.
• Assist training and coaching of team members.
• Assist with inventory, cash and operations as needed.
• Fill in at various stations as required (register, grill, line, prep).
• Keep the dining area clean, safe and compliant.
