QDOBA Mexican Eats in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts, guide the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll support training, help manage inventory and cash, and jump in across roles to keep operations smooth. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to fit in with our vibrant, people-first culture. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to keep vibes high and guests happy.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience = major plus
• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included)
• You're all about delivering great food and great vibes
