Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a vibrant, fast-paced team and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You’ll step in when the GM or AM isn’t on deck and coach crew members across stations to keep service smooth and flavorful.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or retail leadership, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. Expect flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and a culture that values flavor, fun, and people.

• Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-focused problem solving and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team during fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and service standards.
• Assist with training and coaching of crew.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Fill in across roles as needed (register, grill, line, prep).
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations.
