Job summary

CVS Health in Peotone, IL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are unavailable, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, communicate effectively with management and staff, and help maintain an excellent shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise store staff and coordinate with management to drive performance and customer service.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price and stock shelves; execute displays and weekly promos.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
