• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of store management and Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions or complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms and weekly promotions.
