Job summary

RPM Pizza seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and drive store performance in a busy Domino’s franchise. You will support the General Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling support, labor control, safety and sanitation, and training initiatives through RPM Pizza College. This non-exempt, part-time role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
