Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will train Team Members, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21 to drive per local regulations.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
