Job summary

MINISO USA in Orlando is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain store standards, manage cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program.

In this role you will open and close the store, resolve customer concerns, support loss prevention, and drive KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty.
