Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to drive loyalty.

You will lead by example to achieve KPIs, maintain store standards, and support safety and loss prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness per safety/operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
