Job summary

MINISO USA in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to KPI achievement, maintain store standards, and support cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing.

You will lead by example, train associates, and help ensure a positive, energetic store environment that fosters customer loyalty and a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desired.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures, ensure safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately on POS systems.
