Agape Mediterranean in Sunbury, OH is seeking a part-time Shift Manager to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the team across servers, bartenders and kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant management or supervisory experience, strong leadership, calm problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with staff and guests. This is a part-time, flexible role with growth opportunities.

• Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
• Overseeing cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and shift reports
• Jumping in to help wherever needed—because teamwork matters
