Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help manage replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store's membership program to foster loyalty. The role emphasizes energetic leadership, teamwork, and adherence to store policies to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail or similar.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed store KPIs.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and support loss prevention.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to boost loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support promotions and events to meet business objectives.
