Job summary

MINISO USA in Lexington is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help drive sales to meet KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and promote the store's membership program to build customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience training associates and promoting programs.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual updates.
• Open/close store and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and follow policies.
• Process transactions using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events.
