MINISO USA in Rockford, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports KPI achievement, store standards, cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and loss prevention, while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

You will work on the sales floor and register, supervise busy periods, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment that reflects MINISO's

Qualifications

Experience leading retail teams and training staff.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsabilités

Lead by example to drive sales and KPIs.
Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
Open/close procedures and ensure safety compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in promotions and events.
