CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and delivering exceptional customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead the store staff when managers are offsite, supervise daily tasks, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

This role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekend shifts, with a pay range of $16 to $23

Qualifikationen

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• Education: High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Aufgaben

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are offsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions and complaints.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and execute displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
