Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads to empower our stores and deliver fast, courteous service.

As a Shift Lead you’ll assist customers, operate the register, support the Store Manager, and help the team meet performance goals. Qualifications include 18+ (varies), high school diploma or GED, 3 months cashier experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age (varies by state)
• High school diploma or GED or 6 months related experience
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in store operations.
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned.
• Backup duties in the absence of management; paperwork, problem solving, training staff.
