Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead to provide prompt, courteous customer service and oversee daily store operations. You will assist with purchases, fuel transactions, and maintaining a clean environment, reporting to the Store Manager, and helping the team reach performance goals.

The role requires 18+ (21+ in some states) age per state laws, a high school diploma or GED or 6 months cashier experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.

Mansioni

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
