Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Lewistown, MT to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service, and lead the team when a manager is not on site.

You will supervise crew, price and stock merchandise, manage displays and inventory, respond to customer questions, protect patient confidentiality, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price, stock and display merchandise following weekly plans; maintain neat shelves.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers/patients and support store performance.
