Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and event openings/closings. You will ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness and serve as a role model for staff while demonstrating products to customers.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The position offers growth opportunities, benefits, and the chance to engage Costco members during live demos and setups at the store location.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand up to 6 hours.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event openings/closings.
• Support adherence to safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Promote and demonstrate products to educate customers and influence purchases.
• Engage Costco members during product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with setup and removal of carts, equipment, and demo supplies.
