Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is seeking staff to assist with daily store operations, including event setup and teardown at Costco locations. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and promote features while upholding safety, sanitation, and store standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, energetic customer interaction, independence with teamwork, and reliability for 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends. Training is provided, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• 18 years or older required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfort with prepping, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Ability to demonstrate and educate customers during product demos
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event setup/teardown
• Support safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education
• Promote and demonstrate products to influence buyer behavior
• Prepare and maintain demo carts, equipment, and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team
• Possess a safety-first mindset in a retail environment
