Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is seeking a Shift Coordinator to assist with daily store operations and event-based demonstrations. You will promote products, educate customers, and help ensure safety and cleanliness while supporting demo events at Costco locations.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided. Must be 18+, lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to work 2–3 shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Support demo events and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing for events.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Promote and demonstrate products to Costco members during demos.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment, and supplies for events.
• Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
