Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in Wharton, NJ is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and open/close procedures for events. You will help ensure safety, cleanliness, product quality, and exemplary customer service while acting as a role model for staff.

You will engage Costco members through friendly product demonstrations, assist with setup and teardown, and handle food safety and sanitation tasks.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment; assist with setup/teardown.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
