Saxon Auto Group in New Brighton, MN, is seeking Service Car Runners for the Service Department. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. No experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from destinations in a professional, safe manner.
• Assist passengers in and out of shuttle with a timely route.
• Monitor shuttle maintenance and fuel levels.
• Run dealership errands as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain trip records and notify manager of vehicle needs.
• Communicate with dealership via radio for service reports.

Summary:

We are looking to add FullTime and Part Time Service Car Runners to our Service Department at New Brighton Ford . No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good Customer Service skills, a clean driving recordand like to be around all types of vehicles, this job is for you! Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner.

• Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays.

• Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel.

• Run errands for the dealership as directed.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.

• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations.

• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.

• Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.

• Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
