Morrie's Auto Group is seeking a part-time shuttle/guest assistant at Morrie's Sparta Ford in Sparta, WI. Your role will include transporting customers, assisting in the service drive, and handling light office tasks while maintaining a strong customer-first attitude.

You will support technicians and service advisors by moving vehicles, answering phones, and keeping the service area organized. A clean driving record and valid license are required.

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles
• Run customer's cars through the car wash
• Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive
• Pick up parts if needed
• Move vehicles for technicians
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly
• Answer phones in the service department
• Greet customers on the service drive
• Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.
• Filing repair orders
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested
