Saxon Auto Group is seeking Full Time Maintenance Technicians for our Quicklane Facility at New Brighton Ford in New Brighton, MN. No experience is required; we provide training and a pathway to learn automotive maintenance.

We look for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and want to grow, with opportunities to advance to a Diagnostic Technician as skills develop.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dexterity with a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer-service mindset.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Change oil.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance like brakes, struts, shocks and alignments.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer's perspective in mind.

Pay:

$17.50 - $22.00 per hour +++
