Job summary

Reliable Cars is seeking a motivated Shuttle Driver/Lot Attendant in Springfield, MO to support the service department and greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor. Responsibilities include transporting vehicles, delivering them to wash bays, and maintaining a clean drive and lot.

The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work Monday-Thursday, 7a–6p. Compensation is $19-$20 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to work flexible schedules and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle service customers regularly.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Clean the Service drive and Service bays regularly.
• Greet customers on the drive regularly.
• Drive customers' cars through the car wash after being serviced.
• Assist the Service Advisors as needed.
• Park vehicles in assigned areas to maximize use of space and to keep the lot in order.
• Inspect vehicles to detect damage.
• Refill customer waiting areas with water and snacks.
• Attend meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
