New Brighton Ford, Inc. in New Brighton, MN is seeking Full Time Light Duty Maintenance Technicians for our Quicklane Facility. No experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers pay ranging from $17.50 to $25.00 per hour and a clear path to advance to a Diagnostic Technician. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with match, paid time off, disability coverage, ongoing

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

• Able to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance like brakes, struts, shocks and alignments.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping the customer's perspective first.
