The Westin Cleveland in downtown Cleveland, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a part-time server to provide exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, take and input orders, and deliver menu items with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, adhering to alcohol-service policies, and assisting guests with desserts or beverages while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• High standard of guest service and professional appearance.
• Team-oriented with willingness to pitch in to help coworkers.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Check station before, during and after shift for cleanliness and setup.
• Greet guests, explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders, then input into POS.
• Deliver orders to guests and ensure accuracy with condiments.
• Comply with all liquor laws and service policies.
• Present check promptly and assist with desserts or beverages.
