MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server PT to provide the highest quality dining service to residents, while maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The role demands weekend availability, flexible hours, and a positive, resident-focused attitude.

You will work with a supportive team in a hospitality-driven setting, handling orders, serving meals, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, highly preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations or ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have work permit.
• Background clearances and health screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents and guests.
• Maintain dining areas, seat residents, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Uphold table etiquette and reset tables for the next service.
• Follow safety and food handling protocols and report issues promptly.
• Assist with kitchen and dining tasks to support service as needed.
