Job summary

MBK Senior Living in the Western United States is seeking a Part-Time Server to deliver high-quality dining service to residents, with a schedule of Wednesday through Sunday from 3pm to 7pm. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience in a warm, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining table etiquette, assisting with menu choices, adhering to dietary restrictions, and keeping the dining area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with work authorization and background checks.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience in restaurant operations or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner and assist with meal selections.
• Follow dietary needs and care plans, assist with room service as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety protocols.
• Assist with stocking, dishes, and supporting kitchen/dining services.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the supervisor.
