Job summary

Morty’s Tap & Grille is seeking a part-time server in Spokane, WA. The role requires weekday evenings and full weekend availability (including Sunday mornings). You will take orders, process payments, upsell specials, and deliver meals with enthusiasm.

Experience in restaurant service is preferred; candidates should hold a WSFWC card and MAST/Class 12 or 13 where applicable. Benefits include insurance options and PTO, plus employee meals and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Laid out requirements include restaurant service experience, WSFWC card and MAST/Class 12 or 13 certificates.
• Ability to listen and respond to customer needs with a friendly, responsive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and payments from customers following service guidelines.
• Upsell by suggesting specials and promotions to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and quickly to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in opening/closing duties.
