Qualifications

• MAST/Class 12 or 13 required.
• One year restaurant service experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends.

• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Team player with a courteous, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Attend all meetings on time.
• Take orders and payments from customers for food and beverages per service guidelines.
• Upsell by suggesting specials and events.
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Fulfill guests' special requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address issues courteously and quickly.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, and prep times.
• Support team with additional tasks as needed.
• Complete opening, running, and closing duties and side work.
• Follow health and alcohol service standards and keep workspace clean.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
