Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will work with a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring, family‑like community.

No prior experience is required, and you must be at least 15 years old. Strong English communication with residents, guests, and staff is essential, and you may need to secure food handler permits where required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two (2) weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays and serving beverages.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident comments and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Help with other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
