Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Part‑Time Server to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents. You will join a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community.

You’ll support both Casual and Fine Dining, service room deliveries, and maintain a clean dining environment while following safety guidelines. This role offers growth within a family‑owned nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Must be able to obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, and providing beverages.
• Guides residents through menu selections and takes orders in Fine Dining, delivering courses.
