Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will join a collaborative team and contribute to a caring, community-focused environment.

No prior work experience is required, and you must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and teammates. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a warm, servant-hearted approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays and offering beverages.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by warmly greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water carafes, and setting tables before meals.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident feedback and share it with a manager or supervisor when needed.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
