Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents in a close-knit, servant-hearted community. You will work with a collaborative team, respond to feedback thoughtfully, and contribute to a caring environment that aligns with our core values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require work permits; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining experiences by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays and serving beverages.
• Assist in Fine Dining: greet tables, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill waters, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report to a manager or supervisor.
• Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
