Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Part‑Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will join a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community environment.

Must be at least 15 years old, with no prior work experience required. Effective English communication with residents, guests, and staff is essential. You may need to obtain a food handler permit within two weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two (2) weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Greet tables and guide residents through menu selections in Fine Dining, taking orders and serving courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Support cleanliness by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report concerns to a manager or supervisor.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
