Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community dining. You’ll greet residents, guide them to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections.

You will enter orders into a state-of-the-art POS system and help with opening/closing duties to ensure a smooth dining experience. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, a friendly presentation, and a willingness to learn in a bustling senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful demeanor and compassion for residents.
• Must be 18+ or have schoolwork authorization if younger.
• Server must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as specified by the community.
