Resort Lifestyle Communities, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Server to create joyful dining experiences for residents in a warm, supportive, community-focused environment. Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire; state regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in casual dining, carrying trays and serving beverages.
• Greet tables, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses from beverages to desserts.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Help keep the dining room clean and organized by cleaning areas as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed by supervisors or managers.
