Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create joyful dining experiences for residents. You’ll join a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and support a caring community environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in casual and fine dining, greeting guests, taking orders, serving courses, and maintaining a clean dining area. This role offers growth and a friendly, resort-style workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit before employment; guidance will be provided by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders accurately, and serve beverages to desserts.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and complete other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and share with a manager as needed.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
