Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create joyful dining experiences for residents in a warm, resort-style setting. You will be part of a collaborative team, respond to feedback with care, and contribute to a positive community environment.

You’ll support casual and fine dining service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure rooms and tables are well presented. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a servant-hearted attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Part-time schedule Monday–Saturday.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in casual dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in fine dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water, and setting tables before meals.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support tasks assigned by supervisors.
