Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities, Inc. seeks a part-time Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents. You’ll work with a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community.

You’ll assist in Casual Dining and Fine Dining, greeting tables, taking orders, serving courses, and helping clear and reset tables while keeping the dining room tidy. Applicants must be 15+ and English-speaking.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Must secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State work permit requirements may apply; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and share with a manager when needed.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support work as assigned by supervisors.
