Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler's Card / ServSafe Certification required.
• State Alcohol Service Permit required and legal age to serve.
• Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or bartending preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails and basic bar/wine service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, describe specials, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine and coffee drinks following recipes.
• Serve orders promptly, handle payments via POS, and upsell where appropriate.
• Check IDs, follow liquor laws, and monitor guest safety.
• Open, run, and close shifts; keep stations clean and stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen and team to ensure smooth operations.
