Responsibilities

• Present menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and offer refills as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and specials.
• Keep bar and dining areas clean, stocked and organized.
• Upsell items and specials to maximize revenue.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to uphold high service standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the bar.
