Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation
• Checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
• Handles checks and cash transactions using the POS system
• Follows standard service procedures for greeting, service, and delivery
• Practices tray service and adheres to safe work practices
