Golfzon Social Oak Brook in Oak Brook, IL is hiring a part-time server to join Troon-managed hospitality team. You’ll welcome guests, describe daily specials, take orders, and ensure prompt service in a fast-paced environment.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years’ serving experience; state alcohol age compliance and reliable attendance. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour plus tips, with eligibility for healthcare benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions regarding menu items.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders promptly.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties.
• Handles checks and cash transactions using the POS system.
• Follows standards for greeting, cocktail service, and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Adheres to safe work practices and performs other duties as required.
